Talent Attraction and Retention

How do we create world-ready digital talent and keep them at home? The Skills sessions will explore the key talent issues including: identifying and developing skills, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, gaining a critical mass of highly trained specialists and providing job opportunities and incentives to retain talent.
